Not Much

Ummm, I've got nothing, nada, ziltch.  Yesterday the hubs rode with me to drop off the buddies .  Afterwards, we stopped by a new restaurant in our small town for breakfast.  I think we were the youngest people in the whole place.  Apparently, while the senior citizen crowd like to eat supper at 4:30,  they eat breakfast a tad later than the younger crowd, lol.  If you haven't tried out Buddies, give it a whirl.  The breakfast was delish.  I had eggs, home-fries and sausage.  Landon had eggs, grits and bacon.  (you see... here in the South it isn't a true breakfast without a pork product)   We leisurely strolled through homework after school, only to find out that soccer practice was back on.  (crap, that reminds me that I forgot to review L's vocabulary words for his test this morning....cross your fingers)  So for those of you who know how long practice lasts, we were eating grilled cheese sandwiches for supper at 7:45 last night.  The great thing is, we have perfected the art of getting everyone a shower in record time, and everyone was in bed by 8:45.  W even read the buddies three bedtime stories.  That killed two birds with one stone, lol, W's nightly reading assignment and the buddies being read to.  So, like I said, not much going on.  How about you?

I think that now much going on is everyones new theme for now! Cause it's the same here....not much going on! But boring is ok every once in a while!

Shannon, I've been meaning to ask about that register to vote thing on your blog...have you and Landon registered yet? And I'm jealous about the eating breakfast out...seems now our days are totally filled again...you'd think we still have youngsters going everywhere, but we don't. But, we are going on a marriage retreat next weekend, yea! Love, Mom

Yep, sometimes it is good to have a "not much going on" day. Of course it seems like your evening was pretty busy.

Yes, I changed my registration. I did it on-line and then you print out a form to mail into the office in Raleigh.
