Every year we have the Valentine Box dilemma. The buddies were quite easy to please. Slap some scrapbook paper, their name, and dog stickers on a shoebox..... and everyone was happy. Wyatt wanted something different.
I found this on the internet, isn't it cool? Very easy to make. Just aluminum foil and typing paper. Wyatt drew everything to look like Levi's iPod Nano. I had Landon cut a very large hole in the top, so he wouldn't have to rip it open to get the treats out on Friday.
He chose the song title, it is his current fav. Wyatt took it to school yesterday and his friends love it! What do y'all think?

That is really cool! I've never made a Valentine's box. My oldest loved that song forever!
I guess it is a school thing. They put the Valentines in there all week and then get to open them at the party on Friday. It was the buddies first year.
Ours' makes their Valentine boxes at school. We just send in a shoe box. Actually we didn't have to send in anything for B, so not sure what hers will look like.
Wyatt did a great job, it looks really good!

What do I think? I think I've got Baby Got Back stuck in my head now LOL. My son has always decorated a shoe box or a bag at school with his class. They usually decorate them on Thursday and have their party on Friday.
"Red beans and rice didn't miss her!" I heard that song on the way home yesterday. I miss making Valentine boxes and buying the little cards. My kids are too big for that now. You are just too creative...I'm jealous!
