I know what some of you are thinking. You are wondering what is going to happen when all of these leaves fall to the ground.
Well, we mow the ones that we can until it gets so deep the leaves are going up over the front of the lawnmower. Then we rake them into long rows.
Next, we hook up a tarp to the rear of the Gator and rake them onto that. And pull them down to the garden.
Then we rake the sidewalks and flowerbeds, followed by the leaf blower. Then those leaves are raked onto the tarp and taken, yes, to the garden.
Note the date. The eighth of November. Anyone driven by the house lately? Yeah, we are buried in leaves. Today the hubs swept off the roof in the rain. There are about three feet of leaves on the sidewalk at the back door. To say he is rethinking the deal from the LeafGuard dude, would be putting it mildly.

The leaves do look beautiful though!! I love fall!
Fall is my FAVORITE time of the year. I love you my daughter!! Thanks for posting wonderful scenes of the home you and Landon have made for you and your children!!
Daddy
It is my favorite too... except for the raking part.
I love fall except for the raking part. We thought we had them all, and then the tree that never drops it's leaves until spring, dropped it's leaves.
We discussed the "gutter guy" today ourselves...AND my hubby raked the roof in the rain too! lol
Looks like snow for us this week...so we had to get ALL those leave gone and I mean quickly!
The leaves are beautiful, and you just made me even more thankful for the landscapers here on post. I love it that they do the yard work here.
Yeah, I am the landscaper, lol.
Beautiful pictures! I love the colors of Fall. But no, I wouldn't want to rake all those leaves either. Best of luck :)
