Like I said, busy. But a GOOD busy.

Yesterday was really busy. But in a great way. Remember my sister, Leigh? Yes, the curly haired one. She has been in town for a few days, and we spent the morning together yesterday... sans kids. She came over and rode with me to drop off the buddies at preschool. Then we went to Concord and had a really, nice breakfast at the Cracker Barrel. I don't remember the last time we got to go out and eat at our own pace, and chat, and laugh, without "little people" interfering. After that, we went over to the mall and tried on some jeans at American Eagle, so we could get free movie tickets. I ended up buying my pair and got TWO free movie tickets. We meandered around the stores and then went back to my house. The hubs picked up the buddies so we wouldn't have to rush. I got the buddies to take a nap and washed two loads of clothes before Wyatt got home. Then loaded everyone up at 4:15 and drove to the middle school to pick-up Levi from his first middle school dance. He had a blast, but the traffic was almost unbearable. It was backed up from above the school, through the stop light and back to Moose Drugstore. I think every kid on Gold Level attended, since it was the first dance of the year. At 5:55 we left the house again for Wyatt's soccer practice at the Hayes Fields. He had a fantastic time! It brought back so many memories to see them running drills that my dad used to teach us. I think this new league is going to be great for him. Practice lasted one hour and fifteen minutes, and the buddies ran around the ENTIRE TIME, so they were pretty wiped out when we left. Not to mention, the humidity was crazy. So the car was full of sweaty boys. Yes... we rode home with the windows down, lol. On the way home we dropped off W at a friend's house to spend the night. And here we are.
