Get it Together

Ever thought you had everything together, only to find out you were wrong?  Everyone knows I bought the boys school supplies a few weeks ago.  I hate the tax free holiday crowds and always do it before that happens.  A few days ago I called the boys into the office to separate the stuff.  Everything was going great until W tried to load his backpack.  The fourth grade begins the "drag a binder back and forth every day" at our school.  And that darn binder was NOT going to fit into the cute Eddie Bauer backpack I purchased on sale back in May.  Oh, and to make matters worse, yesterday W left his glasses (the ones that are only for school) laying on his bed.  Guess what happened?  Yep, L sat on them and broke them.  Ahhhhhhh!
So, now when we get back from vacation we will be getting glasses fixed (or buying a new pair), and searching for a larger backpack.  Not to mention trying to get to Carowinds one last time, and getting the older boys a dentist appointment.  Anyone want to watch the buddies while we go to the eye doctor?  They are like bulls in a china shop in there.  Way to much temptation lurking around.  Hey, I bet you nobody asks me "how I do it" while we are in the glasses department, lol.

Ugh! That doesn't sound good. I can't imagine the boys in the glasses shop. I know I get overwhelmed trying to keep one toddler in line. But two boys? I couldn't do it.

I can imagine how you feel! That sounds like something that would happen to me. I always think I have something under control and then it falls apart. :0) Good luck!

Oh no!! Hope it all works out and you can get by without spending a fortune on the glasses!
