Farm Fridays

Still going strong. NOAA is calling for 97 degrees today with high humidity. (what else is new...right?)
Countdown to go to the beach on the 4th:
200 acres of wheat left to cut
450 acres of beans left to plant
50 acres of oats to cut
Cross your fingers because everyone, including the hubs, has beach fever.

That is a lot to do in a short time. We are going to the beach on Sunday and coming back on Weds. We are staying at my grandmother's house. Are you going with the rest of your family?

Teeheehee. My family doesn't go to the beach together for some odd reason. We will be staying at G-mama's with Shaun and Brandy and their kids if they have a room empty.

Sounds fun! We'll be heading to London for Helen's wedding around that time--but we'll be working on the 4th--fun stuff. Can't wait till our August beach trip!

How are you? We've had so much rain...I suppose the beach would be a great idea some time soon. :) Have a great time! :)
