Where Are You?

Phone conversation the other day with my sister, Leigh.
Me- Hello?
L- Hey.  I called a while ago and Landon said you were unloading groceries.
Me- Yep.
L- I figured you were done since you had time to get on Facebook.
Me- Where are you? (as I look out of the windows for her car and think that I didn't know she was coming home this week-end)
L- At home.
Me- How did you know I was on Facebook?
L- There is a thing at the bottom that shows you who is on-line available to chat.... see it?
Me- Yeah, cool.  I was just walking from room to room trying to see if you were in my driveway.
L- (starts laughing)
Me- I didn't know if you had developed super hero powers or something.

Gees, will I ever learn how to use the computer, or will the younger crowd just keep schooling me!

Computers ALWAYS know where we are!! In answer to your question, I am due March 16. Have an ultrasound today!

I always try to turn the things off that show "where" I am. I'm embarrassed by the time I spend on line. :)

I've given up on trying to be computer smart. I'm always the last to know the latest and greatest anymore. I feel old, and I'm only almost 29.

My computer is always on, but doesn't mean that I'm actually on.

The Facebook thing is throwing me for a loop too. I'm new at it, and it's sooooo, I don't know... permeating? Time consuming?

Love it the younger generation teaching the older. ;) And as for Facebook, isn't blogging enough. I would be 'done' if I joined in all the other social networks too. And afterall, isn't Blogging the Best! :)

p.s. I commented on your Day post! :)

FUNNY! I could not make it in the electronic world on my own!

If it wasn't for IM and Twitter, I'd never know where my hubby is - I can usually tell by his log-in name on IM... scary thought.
