Preschool Open House

Yesterday the buddies, finally, got to meet their teachers and see their classrooms.  They will be in this room most of the time, but they go across the hall for music and movement class, and another room for Chapel Time with the paster.  When we drove up, the hubs was reminiscing about when he went to preschool there.  Not much has changed inside, just allot more kids.  He thinks there was only one class when he was there.  Now there are FOUR classes of four year olds, and 95 kids in the whole place (from 2's up to 4's).  They go on field trips, and do allot of activities, art, and learning along the way.  Can't wait until Wednesday.  I don't know who is more excited.... the buddies, or me!
The teachers couldn't tell them apart, and asked me if we could always dress them differently, lol.  I started to point out the shoes, but the next pairs (we're waiting to grow into) are the same.  Truth be told, I don't pick out their clothes anymore.  They do it all themselves.  Some days they dress identical, and others they do not.

They will have so much fun and so will you, we all know how much easier errand running is when you're alone. We had identical twins at preschool when G went and they always dressed exactly the same. Not sure how the teacher handled that (they were not in G's class) I guess in preschool they don't try to split them up?

We could have split them up, but chose to keep them together for now. We are trying to see how they do, so we know what to do next year for school.

Are they identical? It appears they are, but sometimes fraternal twins look similar, but aren't actually identical (and sometimes identical, like mine, look a bit different).

We did not have them DNA tested, so I guess we will never know for sure. My OBGYN had the placenta tested and it came back 99.9% that it had been one egg that had split into two. We think they are mirror image identical twins. S is left handed and G is right handed. S has been almost a full pound heavier since birth, and sometimes is a half inch taller than G for a few months. We don't think they look or sound the same.
